Well I heard from Cena12121 that the Series 4 Treasure Book is now out! You can go to places like Toys R Us and Buy Series 4 toys and then enter the codes online. Now I know where penguins who had some exclusives from got there items! The Club Penguin Toys Page had NO series 4 toys but they did have the Series 4 Treasure Book in the Section "View the Treasure Book". I'll update you with more news as it gets to me.
